    Project description

    Our proposal is based on a visual interpretation of utopia as a futuristic city: orderly, clean, and technologically advanced. Elystria is more than a typeface; it is a visual representation of an elegant and futuristic utopia. Through its vertical structure, formal clarity, and balance between geometric precision and softness, it aims to convey a vision of perfection that, while unattainable, remains deeply inspiring.

    The scooter design began with numerous sketches testing different shapes and solutions. Various materials, wheel sizes, brake types, and lighting systems were considered. The operation of an electric scooter can be simple or complex, depending on its design and components. In our case, we chose to make it simple and functional, using cost-effective components.

    In this Graphic Design degree exercise, students created book covers combining creativity and professional technique. They worked from conceptualization to final production, using Pantone inks to achieve precise and consistent colors, while exploring visual effects and finishes that enhance each cover’s identity. The experience allowed them to experiment with composition, typography, and color, developing editorial projects with high visual impact and professional quality.
