    The Vincci Gran Vía 66 Hotel, located in the heart of Madrid, combines urban dynamism with the city’s rich cultural heritage. Vincci Hotels is known for its boutique approach, offering unique spaces that reflect the destination, with contemporary, sustainable design connected to the local culture. This project aims to renovate the hotel with a fresher, brighter, and more sophisticated aesthetic, aligned with the brand’s evolution, to strengthen its position within Vincci’s portfolio.

    More than a hotel, PULSO is a constant heartbeat that captures the lively and unrestrained essence of Madrid, a city that has never stopped reinventing itself. Located in the very heart of Gran Vía, PULSO pays tribute to the energy that defined the end of the 20th century: that of cinema, theatre, modernity, excess, culture, counterculture, and style. “Madrid takes back Gran Vía” is both its motto and its statement of intent: a city looking to the future while embracing its most authentic, glamorous, and free identity.     "Llariega de la Ría" was born from the initiative of a family that recently acquired a property in Asturias with the intention of establishing a family meeting point in Spain. The aim of the project is to create a home, not only for the family but also for the inhabitants of the village, conveying the history of the building and creating an unforgettable experience for those who visit it. With this project, there is also an intention to inspire others who own large properties to open their doors and help revitalize their community.
