    Project description

    The project arose from the need to provide the Coliseo de la Cultura de Villaviciosa de Odón with its own digital presence. Although it has been a cultural reference in the municipality since 1998 and has a solid infrastructure, the center currently lacks an online platform, which limits its visibility and makes it difficult to connect with new audiences, especially younger people. At present, cultural programming is communicated exclusively through printed media, a system that is inefficient both economically and environmentally. Creating a website would centralize all the center’s information, facilitate access to programming and ticket reservations, and increase the visibility of events and space rentals for emerging artists.

    The digital platform would help project a more contemporary, accessible image, aligned with the values of transparency, participation, and sustainability that define today’s cultural context.

    The project proposes modernizing the Coliseo de la Cultura through a digital service that meets the needs of a connected and participatory society. Inspired by new institutional models and references such as La Casa Encendida, this approach aims to promote inclusion, increase citizen engagement, and strengthen the municipality’s cultural identity, with particular focus on younger audiences.

    The posters for the Sitges Film Festival 2026, awarded The Editor’s Choice at The Rookies, are based on the phrase “See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.” The proposal explores the tension between beauty and horror through close-ups of insects and elements related to the human senses, evoking fascination and a subtle visual discomfort. A series of three posters was developed, also adapted into a tri-fold brochure for the festival, maintaining conceptual and visual coherence across formats. The project integrates composition, typography, visual storytelling, and editorial design, demonstrating how a concept can be effectively applied across multiple graphic media.
