In the field of sports events, particularly football, buying and selling tickets presents several challenges. Fans face online scams, fake or duplicate tickets, and unreliable intermediaries, which causes frustration and puts their personal information at risk. Additionally, stadiums can be settings for hostile behaviour that negatively impacts the overall experience. The objective of this Bachelor's Thesis is to develop a mobile application that centralizes the buying and selling of football tickets nationwide, ensuring the security and privacy of user data. To achieve this, the knowledge acquired throughout the degree will be applied, including design methodologies, digital development, and user experience (UX/UI) principles, with the aim of creating a functional and innovative solution.
Justification
The need for this application lies in two main aspects. On one hand, buying and selling tickets faces problems such as fraud, theft, and uncertainty on platforms that, even if authorized, generate distrust among fans. On the other hand, insults and acts of hatred in stadiums remain a frequent issue, affecting not only players and referees but also the fans themselves, who are often victims of harassment, verbal abuse, and, in extreme cases, physical aggression when visiting rival stadiums.
Objectives
"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Universidad Europea for providing me with a comprehensive education and a learning environment that has fostered my personal and professional growth. My thanks also go to the faculty for their dedication, constant guidance, and commitment throughout these four years, which have been crucial in my development as a designer.
This work represents not only the culmination of an academic stage but also a unique opportunity to apply everything I have learned to a project with real social impact. I am deeply grateful to have been able to develop it with freedom, trust, and support.
Thank you for making this journey possible."
